International Shipping

We provide Standard International Shipping for a fixed fee of $20. Delivery times vary between 5 to 20 business days depending on your country and customs regulations. Kindly note that any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at promisedthelabel@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Should your order arrive damaged, please promptly reach out to us at promisedthelabel@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph illustrating the item's condition.
We handle these instances on an individual basis, endeavouring to achieve a satisfactory resolution. It is crucial to report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the package.
