We pride ourselves on quality and customer satisfaction. If you have any special requests regarding your order please email promisedthelabel@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate these needs.

Shipping policy

Currently, due to an influx of orders, all orders are completed within 3 weeks from receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Any delays from suppliers or shipping couriers are unfortunately out of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $20

This is standard shipping so will take anywhere from 5-20 business days depending on your country and customs.
*please note any customs fee's are the BUYERS responsibility

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at promisedthelabel@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

As these covers are custom made to order, we do not accept refunds unless the product has been damaged. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at promisedthelabel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package.
